Mitchell District High School (Mitchell)

Introduction

The proud staff and students of Mitchell District High School create such a positive climate where everyone is welcomed and cherished for the unique qualities they bring to the school community. Everyone is committed to the well-being and academic achievement of every student. You will be challenged but well supported as you develop the knowledge and skills necessary for success in the 21st century.

The MDHS Blue Devils are a feisty bunch because they have to be, since we're the smallest secondary school in the district with an enrollment of 400. MDHS has its own student-run cafe, the “Twisted Carrot,” as well as a student-run garden. Mitchell is ideally located just 20 kilometres north west of Stratford. MDHS offers Specialist High Skills Majors in Hospitality & Tourism, Food Processing and Agriculture.
